MIELE DA3360 - fan not working

Selling a unit and need urgent repair of range hood, intergrated light exhaust fans in two bathrooms, as well as removal of small barbecue, some tiles, vacuum cleaner and other rubbish left in the unit and on the car space.

Kitchen range hood fan is not working (light does), needs fixing or replacing.

A piece of plastic came out of the range hood above the oven, screw needs to be screwed higher. And the steel case that holds in the seal is broken on 1 side, just needs t screw to put back in place

Rangehood and oven stopped working

Technika rangehood with touch controls suddenly stopped exhaust system. The lights are working fine and power seems to be reach the fan but the fan doesn’t spin.

The oven door does not close properly so we need this fixed so it does close properly The range hood rails are also not working well so when pulled out it sags down toward the oven

My kitchen rangehood ducting has come loose/disconnected and the stainless steel canopy cover has dropped down. There is also wall damage behind the rangehood canopy that needs repairing where the ducting area meets the wall/ceiling.
