Rangehood (Ilve) is not turning on for a while now - was intermittent but now no power at all. Powerpoint/power source in kitchen has been checked as being ok.
Oleksandr had a really tough job in getting an old rangehood out that had not been installed properly but he did it. He also diagnosed the problem . Very punctual and extremely patient! Thank you!
