Look like it may need a new thermocouple #2 burner - (circled in blue) button appears jammed/blocked no gas can't push down on the button. This burner was never really used and probably needs a cleanout Gas oven - Will turn on spark and light up. But won't stay on, could be another issue with the flame sensor.
