Epson printer - recently acquired from a previous small business . Need assistance in initial setup. Have paper and Print cartridges need assistance with connection with PC. Have USB and wifi in study: Previous owner advised that the head may need cleaning due to dust etc though can’t confirm Until I can connect and print. If unable to do this in person happy to do over phone remotely if possible. I have used a printer similar to this but a long time ago.
Jared was the best! He patiently helped me work through all the set up and connection issues for my epson printer remotely. He was professional and friendly - best IT support I’ve had. Thanks Jared.
