Pool pump makes buzzing noise when it turns on for minute it so then doesn’t pump. It did this a while ago then started working again. Think it’s the capacitor or potentially debris jamming it. Need someone to come fix it and have a look

Diagnose and fix the problem of pool water being very cloudy. Water sample has been tested showing ph and chlorine within acceptable range. Several cleaning products have been used but did not clear the water. Sand filter works in recirculate mode but when in filter mode it does not work. Sand is visibly accumulated on pool steps.

Pool pump has a small damaged section of 50mm pipe that needs replacing. Damaged piece needs to be cut out and new pipe put in. Probably no more than 200mm length. We will supply the 50mm pipe and couplings, along with primer and glue.

Need a plumber or pool tech to remove our old chlorinator and install a new one I’ve already purchased. Labour only — cut PVC pipes and fit the new unit inline. No electrical or setup required.

our glass pool door should close when its not being held open however, at the moment it's not shutting properly. this is a safety hazard. the issue is with alignment perhaps. magnet strip also needs replacing

Hi there, We are not looking for regular maintenance services, so if this is what you are looking for I am sorry to disappoint you. As much as I want to support you as a small business, it is also quite pricey to pay a few hundred everytime for us. What we are looking for is someone who is experienced to look at our system as a whole and tell us what is wrong with the pump / anything we need to do in particular. Currently, the pump is blowing bubbles (it used to be very strong pump, but we can see that it is also not sucking the water very well). We suspect that there is a Air leaking somewhere, or blockage. We have tried back wash, adding water, adding salt, everything available suggested online. We also regularly test the water at the pool shop. Thank you for your time.

Pool pump humming but not starting – likely capacitor Pool pump: Waterco Supatuf 1.0HP MK2 Pump powers on but only hums, does not spin and no water flow. Pump lid is seized and cannot be opened by hand. Suspect failed start capacitor or seized impeller (possibly after running dry). Looking for a technician who can: – Safely open the pump lid – Check if impeller spins freely – Test and replace start capacitor if required – Re-prime system Please advise availability, experience with pool pumps, and call-out cost.
