We’ve just moved into a new place and need the pool serviced and cleaned. It would also be helpful to be trained on how you do it so I can do it moving forward. We have all the chemicals, chlorine and salt, plus cleaning equipment.

Fibreglass spa is situated in an outdoor deck so can be accessed from underneath. The leaking is coming from the base of spa; leak or crack is not visible as water is coming out from above a timber bearer supporting the spa. Leak is not related to pipes or plumbing - it is coming from the fibreglass shell. Plumbing, pipes etc are connected to spa so need someone with experience in this type of repair.
