I’m needing some work done around a drain in a bathroom

Hot water pressure very weak in both kitchen and shower.

I have an nm pajero that's leaking fuel, seems to be coming from the top of the tank and dripping down, so it's either going to be the filler neck or breather hose or potentially a seal, I'm thinking the tanks possibly pressurized as it does not release pressure when taking the fuel cap off, as such fuel is making it way out of the tank through a seal or hose, would like to repair it without dropping the tank as this is my only transport to work at the moment

Had a plumber lined up for today but they have cancelled on us. I need a kitchen sink and taps installed and a laundry sink and tap installed. Have both at the home ready to go.

Need plumber to remove current kitchen double sink and prepare all pipes and drains for new single sink and mixer tap being installed after new cabinetry has been installed. Task is for initial plumbing work but the opportunity to install the new sink and tap mixer can be negotiated separately. Single Sink and tap mixer have been purchased from IKEA (see pictures). Will pay for your materials needed. Best times for doing the job are early morning from 6:30am up to 3pm. Prefer Friday but can work with Thursday too.

Remove and install new toilet

Re-caulk the shower area to prevent water leakage and protect the underlying structures. This involves removing old, damaged caulking and applying a new, waterproof sealant.

Supply and replace a light socket in the laundry (shower above it leaked, which probably rusted the contacts). Also install a very small vent directly above the laundry basin, so if the shower leaks again, it can drain into the basin below. Price includes supplying both items from a local Bunnings and installation. This would take 10-15 mins. No need to make an offer if you can't complete it for $120.
