Find an experienced plumber in St Clair NSW

I need my current bathroom vanity lowered about 5cm without damaging the stone top. It is currently 94cm high. I have enough of the mosaic tiles to do another row (5cm) and plenty of the wall tiles to replace those there. I don't want a new vanity.

Have a leakage in shower and need plumber to check of the leakage in the tiles is broken or what is the issue and fix it if he can. Maybe tiler will be needed to fix it but need plumber now just to check and advise. Location is St Clair.
