I have two taps one needs a new handle and one has a leak Also our toilet had a leak

The inlet pipe to my hot water system is leaking (see photo). Water is pooling on the ground near the valve and copper inlet pipe. It may need repair or replacement of a faulty valve or fitting. Requesting this to be fixed at the earliest.

Shower head has stop working, the water will no longer switch to the shower it only works with the bath taps. Need this fixed and believe we need a new shower head
