Downstairs shower head been leaking for while. Hardly used. Taps turned off as tight as can but dripping persists

I need the isolator handle to be rotated 90 degress so the handle is up the top I also need a elbow on the regulator so it's upright I have a new oven that is hitting the fittings so I'm wanting them adjusted.
