Hello! My tap is leaking water - I believe the washer needs replacing. I believe the tap is welded on, so may be difficult to replace the tap in general. I tried to remove the spindle with a spanner but had no success.

I have a caroma vintage toilet suite which i want replaced with a caroma luna clean flush rimless either BTW or close couple which i havent bought yet but bunnings prices are $669 and $639, i need inlet tap changed to chrome. I dont know what my set out is and possibly might have to use a pan off set. I dont mind taking out the old system my self to save a bit of money if necessary.
