Toilet won’t stop flushing / filling . Could be the flapper. Simple fix for the right person but beyond my skills.

Hey mate do you change taps. I have new taps that need to be installed. 3 bathroom basins 3 showers 2 bath tubs. Basically just the taps that do the hot and cold etc. We have new taps here ready to go.

Hi there, I need a handyman to sort out two tasks for me: 1. I have a drain that’s backed up and needs unclogging. It’s the line that comes out of the kitchen sink and insinkerator. It’s not the drain in the sink but the pipe outside - photo attached. 2. I have a hose that’s burst toward the beginning where the handle is - if possible it would be great to have that either fixed or cut and the handle reattached to the new end so there’s no hole anymore.

2 x small bathroom plumbing. Supply, relocate and install water pipes and add circuits for extra shower head and double sink. Add shower drain and relocate basin drain. Both bathrooms located on the second story. All wall and ceiling sheeting removed. Sub floor will be removed to the needs of the installer. I know it will cost more than listed price and I’m happy to negotiate once accessed by the installer.

Install new toilet and cistern, was going to put in myself but tap is in the way, negotiable if done today
