In-wall toilet cistern with wall-mounted dual-flush buttons. Problem: Toilet continues to run after flushing and sometimes won’t stop filling unless the flush buttons are re-pressed (multiple times). Flush is also weak and often requires pressing both half and full flush buttons. Likely issue with flush valve reseating or actuator/button adjustment inside concealed cistern. Access available via flush plate opening. No wall removal required.

I have existing Hot and Cold water pipes running outside my office. I need a plumber to cut into these pipes to install a mixer and outdoor shower head for an outdoor shower. Plumber required- issue undiagnosed. Water is appearing in the bedroom under the carpet, located behind the shower area. Water also appearing in the hallway, under the carpet.
