Hi, I have a hot water system located outside the house and noticed corrosion and water marks around the pipe connection from the tank. It appears there may be a minor leak from the TPR valve or the copper connection pipe. I would like a plumber or experienced handyman to: • Inspect the hot water system • Check the TPR valve and copper outlet pipe • Repair the connection or replace the TPR valve if required • Ensure there is no leaking after repair The system is easily accessible outside the house. I have attached photos showing the corrosion and leak marks. Location: Magill SA Preferred time: Flexible / anytime this week Please bring necessary tools and parts if replacement is required. Need a licensed plumber to inspect an under-sink pump station that keeps flooding. The pump may be malfunctioning or there could be a clog or discharge issue. Looking for diagnosis and necessary repairs.

Repair leaking bathroom tap

The kitchen sink tap has very low water pressure (see photo). Likely an issue with a blocked aerator or mixer cartridge, but need a plumber/handyperson to inspect and fix properly. Tap is otherwise functioning and not leaking.

Need to install a few sinks from brayco and 2 taps. 1 x knee operated hand wash basin 1x Removal of laundry trough m 1x fitting one single basin sink with a spray wash mixer 1x tap for laundry (remove shower head)

I have 2 homes nearby and I wish to switch the dishwashers. They are the same size. No new dishwashers I want to swap them from one house to the other. I can transport them if tasker not able to

The drain seems to be clogged — it’s mainly blocked around the toilet area. Since it’s an old house and the pipes are all connected, the kitchen drain also seems to be getting a bit slow now. Maybe it needs to be cleared with a high-pressure water jet or something similar to unblock it.

Bathroom drain blockage needs to be cleared. The pipes seem to be heavily clogged and not draining any water from the shower.

Washing machine is leaking but looks like the hose has come loose and needs to be fitted better/fixed.

In my house both bathroom have issues in drainage. Water is not getting inside after flush. May be something stuck inside. Rest all plumbing working

Plumbing (tap) installed to connect Ice and Water Fridge to Sink tap is 1.5 metres away. Currently no tap behind fridge so need that installed. Newish townhouse.

Run new pipework from roof to mixer and diverter then to hand held shower on wall and rain shower in ceiling

We have an obsolete Caroma toilet with parts no longer able to be replaced and a very temporary fix to the push button as a result. We want a short term (2-3 year) fix before we are in the position to do the whole bathroom. What we hope could be done: 1) Removal of the old toilet 2) Replacement of the toilet with a new, basic white ceramic model (which can either be included in the quote for ease, or we can source if told what style may work) 3) Disposal of old toilet HOPEFULLY minimal disruption to existing tiles as we will refloor when we do the whole bathroom renovation down the track (as in remaining in tact - you'll note from the photos we are currently removing old paint etc. anyway as the floor had an epoxy coating - they are not in good condition so surface damage is fine, more worried about substantial cracks/breakage). Note, our 'Budget' is WITHOUT toilet cost, so feel free to include quote/with or without and specify.

Need the shower pipes removed so a wall can be moved for renovations then come back and reinstall pipe work prior to tiling Also need valves installed to stop water hammer

On/off valves for the water supply to both the dishwasher and refrigerator will not switch off completely so the mains has to be turned off e.g. to move the appliances to clean under them.
