I have a drain underneath my bathroom sink that is leaking and needs repair

Plumber needed - move outdoor tap point, split into 2 locations. run piping through inside of the shed. this is not sheeted till next week for easy access. Location 1: 1 standard brass outdoor taps with threaded tap spout installed around shed corner. location 2: 1 water point for future outdoor kitchen. (cold water tap point)

P16 Poly pipe needing repair this morning. Screwed through pipe. Pipe is exposing wall- see photo. Must be licensed plumber.

Needing about 16m of gutters replaced and a down pipe replaced.

There are small areas of black mould under the glue seal in our shower and around our bath tub that I would like removed, treated, and sealed again please.

Currently we have temporary down pipe installed as we are waiting for concrete pour which is taking place this Saturday. This task is for first week of December onwards. There was water tank which was removed along with old terracotta drain disconnected. A new pipe needs to be installed. I drew diagram, hope it helps. Looking for an experienced fridge inspection expert to fix my fridge. The fridge is cooling fine, but it's not freezing properly. I had an inspection a couple days ago and the expert said is a gas leak but he didn't know where was and didn't have the tools and glue to solve it. I am attempting to install a bathroom in the enclosed basement. I need a qualified plumber to help with some ideas about what is feasible and for completing the rough in. The bathroom will be very small and include shower, toilet and vanity. I will also like to connect a kitchen sink and water and waste to the new laundry which is all in the same small area. I have an ensuite vanity and a main bathroom vanity that need to be removed and replaced with new vanities. They will both need to be plumbed and to have the tap mixer installed.
