Remove existing bathroom vanity tap. It is stuck on tight. I have replacement tap and replace washers in both taps

remove tap ( stuck on good and tight )and replace washers in bathroom vanity basin. repace with new tap - already purchased

Need plumbing/installation for Samsung 640I Family Hub Refrigerator. Plumbing provision already exists. See attached photo of the plumbing provision and the fridge.

I would like too replace current sink with a new sink that is slightly larger. I do not want to change the current laminate however i believe there is enough provisions to create and alter space to make provisions for a new sink. I have added a picture of the sink i would like too replace with . i will get the sink etc, i know this may go without saying however the person doing the replacement will need to be able to work through plumbing etc i have the sink and mixer tap, you will need to provide any other parts required to complete the job. I have also included a snapshot of watch the sink I have purchased. It looks like in the pictures.

The bath tube was removed to fix a broken pipe, needs to be re-installed. Floor needs to be leveled.

The pipe from my water meter to house is leaking and need replacing. - Due date: Flexible

Hi I have a Daveys spa pump and the filter cartridge has leaks. Will require new seals or pipes replaced. The Ozone Unit doesn't seem to work (light not coming on) The automatic sender unit only operates via remote control not at thr master. A general service and water check. The spa pump and heater (electric) works fine otherwise. Would like a light replaced in it if possible. Main concern is the leak fixed. Happy Valley prefer someone with spa pool knowledge and experience

Looking for a quite for Re-Grouting/Siliconing the shower/bath/sink areas of two small bathrooms. Nothing crazy, just minor. Ensuite (with toilet) needs siliconing throughout, including inside and outside of the shower, sink area and floor edges etc. very small space. Main bathroom (with bath) needs the shower re-grouting, and the rest re-siliconing including all around the bath area, in and out of the shower, around the sink and floor edges etc. This would include removing old silicon. Maybe filling a few gaps and just generally leaving it looking refreshed and good. I’m a bit of a perfectionist so needs to be a super neat job, so experience with it is necessary - I just don’t want to look at a mess every time I walk in there! Flexible with dates and times (the main bathroom shower is dry and not used).

Kitchen tap is leaking washers need replacing and mixer is loose. Silicone needs replacing in kitchen bench to tile splash back. Silicon in bathroom where shower screen meets bath.
