Move outdoor gas point 4 metres away from original place as shown in the photo to where the broom is lying

The tap itself is still in good condition but it’s no longer secured to the sink. The braided hoses are hanging down, and there’s no water flowing through the tap. I need someone to inspect it and reinstall the tap securely.
