Find an experienced plumber in Glenfield NSW

I live on the bottom floor of it two level unit block. There is a leak from a pipe exiting the brickwork onto the path ourside. It is a continuous drip. My laundry is on the inside wall and doesn't appear to be connected to the pipe but it has the same leak. I've pulled out the washing machine which is a top loader and there was no leaks under there I have pulled everything out of the cupboard next to the machine and there's no water there as well. it's coming from underneath the cabinetry . I've put a $200 budget because it is not something I budgeted for

Investigate a leak from a pipe in the lower floor of a 2 level residential dwelling on the exterior. On the inside of the same wall, which is my laundry, there is also a leak from under the cabinetry. I have moved the washing machine out and checked in the cupboards and there is no visible water there nor are there leaks from the pipes or joins. I have not budgeted for this repair so don't know what to put as a budget.

I have a concealed cistern toilet flush. The button’s spring seems to be worn out so the water wont stop flushing. The spring button to be fixed

Remove existing niche, waterproof and install stainless steel niche and finish tiling, clean shower screen and fix water going into the shower screen door bottom and make it look like new shower

Hi, I have a Solar Hot Water System which I purchased 7 years ago. The tank is on the ground and the panels are on the roof. Never had any problems until 2 years ago- the hot water wasn’t coming, so when there was sunshine then we would get hot water but then it would run out and go lukewarm/cold, seemed like it wasn’t switching over to electric. Got told it needed servicing as it had been 5 years back then. I had someone come and clean the solar panels on the roof, replace the anode, thermostat, element and tpr valve. After that the hot water was working whether it was sunny or cloudy- had no problem. Now 2 years later the same issue is occurring. When the sun is out we get hot water until we have used it all which is pretty quick because there is 7 of us in the house and then it goes to lukewarm and then cold. When I pull the relief valve on the tank then the boiling hot water comes out. I had a “free call-out plumber” come and say “it could be the tempering valve that needs replacing”. He probably said that because it was one of the things that didn’t get replaced 2 years ago. I’m looking for someone who is willing to either come out and do a diagnostic test for free and tell me the problem and not charge me an arm and a leg. Or also looking for someone to give me the price on doing the diagnostic test if you can’t do for free and the price of replacing the tempering valve and cleaning the solar panels on the roof. Or looking for someone to give me suggestions of what you think it could be. Sometimes there are plumbers/hot water specialists that are in or live in my area of Glenfield 2167 NSW and wouldn’t mind popping by to do a free diagnostic test. This is for my mum’s house, she is a senior pensioner and not working so help would be greatly appreciated.

I need someone to fix 3 Bidet Spray Kit With Diverter Holder, as to fix the hand shower have to drill the water flush tank. We have to fix it in 3 toilets. I probably will buy the items with the Plumbers suggestions. If you want, i can send the picture and video's of the toilets to understand what to do to fix it. 3 pictures of my place (i have 3 toilets as mentioned) and 2 of my friends place which is already done.
