I have Rheem solar hot water system boosted by gas. The hot water tank is leaking from top. I got told it's non repairable. So can we bypass hot water tank and keep only gas hot water system? How much it would cost me to bypass ?

Fix brocken ceramic wastewater pipe with short length of pvc pipe and rubber seals. Also clear tree roots from the pipe with Hydrojet.

The tap of the shower has been leaking furiously. It probably needs a spindle change but not sure. Someone tried to fix it before but it started leaking again. Need a permanent fix to this problem.

Our toilet inlet pipe is leaking possibly due to valve issue or washer. We bought a new fill valve just in case and require somebody to look into it and replace the valve or washer.
