Seeking someone to install an extension to the drainage pipe (circle in the attached photo) so that the rain water doesn’t tip directly onto the roof. Please note the tasker will also be required to assist in acquiring the matching extension pipe.

I need an experienced plumber to inspect and repair leaking cisterns in two separate bathrooms. Both toilets are a concealed/in-wall type (the tanks are hidden inside the wall, and access is via the flush plate). Problem Summary: 1. Both Toilets (Toilet A & B) are leaking: I hear the tank water periodically refilling itself, which indicates a leak from the cistern into the bowl. 2. Toilet B (The noisy one): The fill valve makes a loud 'humming' or 'groaning' noise every time the water refills. This toilet likely needs a new fill valve/mechanism. 3. Toilet A (The quiet one): I recently replaced the fill valve in this toilet, so the leak is likely caused by the flush valve/flapper or a float/water level adjustment. Fixing Shower taps leaks & replacing bath tub spout with diverter and shower kit

1. Remove and install a wall hung basin (photos attached). A new basin, mixer tap and bottle trap will provided for installation. You will need to remove and dispose the existing basin and install new basin,tap and bottle trap. 2. Fix the toilet flush as it makes whistling noise (photos attached). The toilet flush is working. However, it makes whistling noise during and after flush. Whistling noise would last for a minute till water tank is filled.
