The shower head and bath tap does not leak. The leaking is only coming from the switch valve. It is quite loose when we try to push it back down. It will leak for several hours before slowing down.

Fixing Shower taps leaks & replacing bath tub spout with diverter and shower kit

1. Remove and install a wall hung basin (photos attached). A new basin, mixer tap and bottle trap will provided for installation. You will need to remove and dispose the existing basin and install new basin,tap and bottle trap. 2. Fix the toilet flush as it makes whistling noise (photos attached). The toilet flush is working. However, it makes whistling noise during and after flush. Whistling noise would last for a minute till water tank is filled.

Rheem hot water tank system is not working. Runs on gas. No hot water coming.
