Looking for a licensed plumber or experienced handyman to: Diagnose and replace faulty internal valves in my shower taps — water continues flowing from the shower head even when the taps are fully closed. Install a new shower head (already purchased and photo attached). The setup includes two taps (hot and cold) and a standard wall-mounted shower arm. The cistern's buttons have stopped working, the flush mechanism still works, but the buttons do not function. Description of the issue from the tenant: "The toilet itself is still flushing normally, but the flush buttons are not operational. The connecting part between the buttons and the flushing mechanism has broken due to aging. It appears that the buttons may need to be replaced" Cistern brand "Imperial". It is found that the cistern is glued to the tiles if it makes a difference.

Toilet repair- Toilet leaks out when we flush.Leaking at connection between the ceramic bowl and the outlet pipe above the toilet floor. It is reported to be leaking as indicated in red circle in the pic (not sure how that looks like and thus uploaded a few pics to illustrate). It is not due to leaking between cistern tank and bowl. It is leaking between the bowl and the floor. To prove it is not leaking from the inlet cistern, when we poured a bucket of BLUE dye water into the pan/bowl, and then blue water leaks out on the floor , thus confirming leaking between pan and floor. I also attached an "actual" photo of the toilet that is leaking shown in blue arrows - Due date: Flexible
