I need to remove two old hot and cold water laundry tabs and install the plumbing for two modern shut off / under sink valves. See attached photo. Just the plumbing with test plugs / plastic caps, no need to install the valves yet.

there is water leaking from the drainage in the kitchen. The pipes seem to be located under the deck, so it will be necessary to remove a section of the deck in order to access the area and identify the source of the leak and fix it

Change water filter for my tap water

I have noticed 2 mixer taps that have water hammer when turned off (photos). There are also some bathrooms where water pressure is not so high. I need an experienced plumber to 1. Identify and fix the water hammer issue (not sure if it's cartridge issue) 2. Increase water output to all areas in the house (4 bathrooms and kitchen) 3. Check overall plumbing health of house. I am happy to pay for parts provided with receipts separately.
