Taps and shower head were changed approx 6 months ago. (Ceramic Disks) Currently a slow drip/water leak flows from the shower head when the taps are turned off

***My (hand held) shower head is leaking. ***The wall rail this hand held shower sits on has come off the wall due to a screw rusting out. The screw tip needs removing from the wall and replacing. I feel the wall bracket is still usable. This photo is the tip of the rusty screw sticking out plus the wall bracket. Granted they are a bit shabby but they work just fine. It needs a new screw. And I would imagine the leak is from the water inlet pipe and washer etc, NOT the shower head. If I could get the screw out of the wall I think I could refix the shower bracket to the wall just fine. But I don’t have the tool required to get this screw out. Plus this job needs care and competence. The leak? I don’t know how to fix leaks/ replace washers. I need someone who is careful and competent for the job.

Disconnect and cap off copper pipe plus drain. Also unscrew and unbolt frame off wall. We are moving house and need this done by a plumber who is also handy on the tools

Want to change old fashioned taps to existing shower. Install new Mondello 1/2 turn ceramic hot and cold taps. Existing taps work fine, just updating. I have attempted to change the taps, very easy process, the issue is that water still runs from the taps when water is turned on and the taps turned off. Seems to be two methods to rectify 1. Re-seating valve (everything looks fine to me). 2. Adjusting the spindle of the new tap and/or install spindle extender. I would like someone who has done the above previously to help me out. The taps came with extenders.

We have 2 bathrooms with old fittings. We’d like someone to remove and install 2 toilets. We can purchase them with some guidance but need someone to install. If you are also handy with paint, we would also like the bathroom and toilet units painting. The toilets are the essential jobs.

Change the taps to washing machine taps and remove the laundry tub, to make room to be able to install washing machine.

Repair toilet roll holder that has been pulled from wall. Patch dry wall and whatever else is required to repair the damage ie. stand it and make sure it's ready to be painted. No need to paint, we can do that ourselves.
