Scope of Work Summary (All-inclusive quote for labour and materials required): Internal Wall Remediation (Kitchen & Living Room) The walls are solid construction requiring re-rendering. Drying Check (Crucial): Use a moisture meter to confirm walls are fully dry after material removal and before any repair. Living Room (Approx 3m wall): Remove and Replace Internal Cement Render (13mm). Check and reapply existing Pine Skirting (oversize custom). Prepare and Paint walls and skirting. Kitchen (Approx 7m wall): Remove and Replace Internal Cement Render (13mm). Remove and Replace Plasterboard Ceilings (10mm). Lightly sand and reapply existing Pine Skirting (ensuring it is fine to reapply). Prepare and Paint walls, ceilings, and skirting. Note: Render repair includes preparation of affected wall and rubbish removal. Supplementary Works Exterior Check: Inspect and spot-fix the external kitchen brick wall for gaps to ensure a weather-tight seal (leak source fixed). Painting: Repaint approx. 3 wooden sash windows and windowsills (peeling paint). General Requirements Materials: Tasker must supply all materials (render, plasterboard, all paints, etc.). Waste: Removal and Disposal of all job-related waste is required. Labour: Includes all Supervision, Furniture Removal labour, and a final Builders Clean.

Drill 4 brackets (8 screws in total) into brick and plasterboard. I do not have the screws but they will need to be long to reach the brick behind the plasterboard.

Need a tradie to come and install 2.4m high x 3.1m x 1.4m steel stud wall, install hidden door, gyprock, set and paint. Also paint entire external walls of the space, 2 coats of Dulux 'Teahouse' Paint. Someone has fallen and damaged the wall. I need it patched and painted asap.

This open bit of wall used to be covered in cement and/or plaster but it has all fallen off. Need it redoing. Painting not necessary

Skim a new wall and return measuring 3m wide 2.2 high (filled in window) I need this to be skimmed flush with existing wall and sanded ready for painting. You will need to tape the joins and provide 2 corner angles 2.2m high

Repair or replace portion of plasterboard in water-damaged ceiling. Roof leak has been fixed but there is some damage which needs fixing. Located in high pitched corner over a kitchen so a ladder is needed. 2-3 meters of edge which has been affected. Probably only a smaller amount of that needs patching/replacing.
