Plaster is off from roof due to leak from above bathroom

PRICE NEGOTIABLE - I am in the middle of a bathroom renovation and in current urgent need of a licenced plasterer to help plug a hole in the ceiling, plaster a new wall 700 wide and help match the cornices in the ceiling as well. The property has experienced water ingress and has some warped timber and plasterboard. Also I have an insurance report that includes the below findings: * Front door - sand / plane to allow for easy opening / closing. * Plasterboard - to the right of the front door needs replacing. * Upstairs en-suite door needs some adjustment to open / close properly. * Check on master bedroom floorboards for damp. * Rotten timber under the upstairs balcony (this is something we both spotted from outside the front of the property), can we replace this timber? Image 1 below. Balcony: there is a significant number of missing seals where the beams supporting the balcony enter the house structure, this is allowing water to seep through messing seals causing water ingress to the ceiling and walls of the lounge room below (see photos attached). Master bedroom door: there are no seals around the door penetrations were it meets the building walls. This is allowing water to seep through via capillary action causing water ingress to the carpet internally upstairs.

Plaster patch and get ready for paint patch walls

Hi I have water damage in kitchen and ensuite that needs to be repaired around the skylights. The roof is sealed but just need the plaster fixed.

Curtain rail has pulled out of plaster wall as probably not secured properly to a stud. Needs to be fixed to the wall properly.

We are replacing and respositioning some downlights. Need 9 holes filled where we no longer need downlights. Also need one corner cornice removed and replaced to match existing. Approx 1 metre either side of the corner needs replacing. The corner is behind the fridge, which I will move for you. Currently, in the corner, there is the last few pieces of the overhead cupboard. This will need to be removed so we just have a nice clean corner with no cupboard etc above the fridge. Photo will be uploaded shortly. Please patch and smooth the 3 holes in the plaster. Make sure to minimise the damage to the surrounding area so I can minimise the differing colour in the paint that will cover it. Thanks

Our electrician has done some electrical work for us in our Townhouse and we need some holes that need to be patched. We just need to get it to a point where its ready for painting.

Need gyprock installed in the place pictured. Kindly note the 5 plumbing fixtures that will need to be worked around. Looking for a quick turnaround.

Hello, I have a move out from an apartment and have some small damage to plaster in wall, was wondering if any tradies would be able to plaster it up before move out :)

Needing to have the splashback tiled (3.4sqm) I have subway tiles and grey grout (~300 x 75mm). Would like them vertically lined and have the bits above the blue line to be plastered so it can be painted white like the rest of the walls. *Had previously posted this task but I made a few updates so decided to repost this as a new task.
