When our new aircon unit was installed, they had to locate zone controllers so made 3 holes in the wall & ceiling of our laundry. Each is about 30cm by 40cm. Painting the room (less than 3m by 2m optional if plastering is good - I have the paint).

Seeking a qualified plasterer to render internal brick walls ********** I have a brick room (~3.5m x 5m) under my house. The brick is untreated and unpainted. The grout between the bricks has some minor gaps/cracks and so I'd like to render the internal walls, both to create a more attractive finish and to keep out dust etc. The ceiling has already been plastered so does NOT require any work. The floor is well tiled and so also does NOT require any work. The 4 walls all need to be rendered. Please assume I want a smooth, painted finish.
