Due to water damage, this ceiling has fallen away. I’m needing this patch repaired. Painting not necessary, but you can quote for that too. I don’t have the exact measurements of the duct size, but I would guess between 25- 30cm, the down light maybe 10cm. Thank you

I am not looking for a handyman. You will need to organise for a qualified electrician to remove electrical and a certificate from the electrician. I will supply new lights to be installed. Garage remote control door needs to be removed and reinstalled and alarm camera removed and reinstalled - must be done by electrician. See photos attached. Ceiling would need to be painted by a qualified painter in white colour.
