Small plastering job to cover a hole and add a new, neat hole for desk chords in a wall

Plaster board is sitting proud of window frame. Need to cut back section maybe remove the furring channels pack behind onto brick wall and direct stick new section. Then fill and feather.

We have a recessed wall cavity 80cm width, 30cm height that needs closing up. The wall depth is 15cm. Its currently a shelf with supports around so should be relatively easy carpentry. The shelf extends out the back of the wall into a storage room, so we'd like that to be cut off as well so that both sides can be closed and plastered.

Water damage to underside of balcony. Have now re-grouted the balcony to fix issue. Now need to replaster the bubbled paint /plasterboard area which is 3-4m long and a few inches wide. 2 slightly large impacted areas. It open to inspect issue. Painting to be done separately. I have a small area under my outdoor balcony which needs to be fixed. There was a leak through the grouting in the balcony which has been fixed (re-grouted). I now need to fix the holes (see photos) and re-paint to nearest match. Height is 3-3.5m.

We need 11 downlight holes gyprocked. The existing gyprock seems quite thick.
