So will need to be flexible but we are aiming for the 9th May.

Need experienced plasterer for a few days to install soundchek ceiling plasterboards for both ground floor and first floor with ceiling height at 3.4m. This person will need to be comfortable working with me being their assistant. Prefer someone with furring channel, square set, cornice and finishing experience however not essential. We had an ac unit removed in our office. There is a hole which needs to be patched with gyprock which we would like patched. The hole is roughly 120mm diameter, maybe smaller. Need to then paint the area. Will require multiple coats, and then finish the entire wall, trims and door on that wall only. Paint provided. Wall roughly 7 or 8 meters long.

I want to hang a very heavy picture and I need someone who knows how to find studs in walls using a stud finder to drill a hole through gyprock into the stud then screw in the bolt or screw. With the right tools and skills it should take only 10 or 15 minutes. It’s important to get it right first time, I don’t want a series of holes in the wall. You supply drill and stud finder. It’s important to note the job is to put a screw in a stud wall with minimal damage to the wall,,not to hang the picture which I will do myself. It doesn’t have to be today Sunday 13 April - it can be any time by Easter Saturday morning. I said my budget was $70. Offers over $100 are too expensive, sorry.

Cut hole in gyprock, install metal reciprocal in wall to hold Samsung one connect box behind Samsung Frame Tv. Connect Samsung frame one connect box to tv and ensure it works.

Cut out the current gyprock/plasterboard around the shower head approx 40 cm2, check there is no leak in the water lines that feed to the shower head, replace with a new piece of white gyprock (you will need to supply) that is water resistant/rated to use in bathroom, and replace the shower head (I have already purchased the new shower head, see photos).

The wall (non load bearing) is approximately 11m in length, running the length/in front of an existing double brick wall (to conceal cabling/plumbing and create a flat surface). Other things to note: Dates of work: Due to the opening hours of our business, the work will need to be completed between Saturday evening-Tuesday mid-morning at some point over the coming weeks (so ideally, Sat night/Sun/Mon). You will have two trade assistants on site (if needed) or we can stay out of your way and work on other parts of the project. Access to the site is easy, its level 1 rear via a large industrial loading stairway (no bends), with a car park directly behind the building

There are existing holes in the wall that are too large. Would like to utilise the same holes to put up hooks to hang the picture frame securely. The frame will be above the bed, so it needs to be secure and not fall off. You’ll need to supply a wire or a thick string to tie the back of the frame and hooks etc.
