Hi there. I'm looking for a carpenter or handyman to come and quote for a couple of days work at our ground floor apartment in Surry Hills. We have recently undergone a renovation and the last little bits of work need finishing. The main jobs are: - Supply and install roughly 35m of skirting boards - Frame up our steel door that has been installed but not framed (see image) Other smaller tasks need doing also if you have the skills: - Some plaster patchwork/repairs - Changing a light if you have electrical skills Please send offers, thank you :)

We need an experienced mirror/glass installer to cut and install 3 large mirrors at our physiotherapy clinic. Each mirror already has the Z-clip attached, but we do not have the wall-mount brackets, so you will need to supply and install the matching brackets. Mirror details: • 3 × mirrors — 3015mm × 709mm, approx. 5mm thick • Mirrors already onsite (no pickup needed) • Installed using Z clips – top clip load-bearing, lower clips to keep mirror flat • Manufacturer measurements for clip heights and spacing provided Installation surfaces: • 1 × brick section • 2 × gyprock sections Installer must supply correct fixings for both. 30mm x 30mm defect on kitchen wall needing plastering and painting. I have the paint but not the plaster.

I have an original plaster cornice that is starting to come loose. the cornice is intact, however needs to be fixed back into place. I want to keep the cornice as its original and matching the rest of the house. House is in Surry Hills 2010, Im not sure what sort of trade I need to do this, maybe a plasterer? Would love this done this week before it comes down or breaks under the flexion thanks so much. Photos attached.

I need to install cornice in a room inside an art studio, its a very small room and the walls are already sheeted and set. Everything is already there ready to go

I removed a mirror that was stuck to the wall. I'd like the plasterboard fixed up so it can be painted. It's 1m wide x 1.8m. It's a small job so I'm happy to wait until you have a gap in your schedule.

Install a sliding door in place of the existing fixed door. - Remove skirting - Install sliding cavity - No need to paint or sand affected areas - Cost of materials not included in the estimate (will reimburse)

Repair small hole (4cm x 8cm )in plaster wall. Leave ready for painting.

Come into Surry Hills office to provide a quote for painting and installation of gyprock. Jobs need to be completed by 13 March. Handyman chosen will be kept on the books for other jobs that require completion in the future.

Drill and nail 3x small clothing rods (90cm long each) into a brick and plaster wall. Must have experience in this area to ensure the rods can bear the weight of the clothes once hung up. I have purchased the rods but will need you to bring a ladder, nails, plugs and a drill!

Due to some works being completed in the apartment below me there are two cracks on my wall directly opposite each other - they extend from the floor to the ceiling. I need a holistic fix and from my research this means removing a portion of the skim coating, using fiberglass tape to fill in where the crack occurred and skim coating and painting the impacted area again. As this is being paid for by another lot owner I will need a quote document produced if you are successful with my job.

Drill and hang up 3x clothing rods into brick and plaster wall. One rail has a shelf, the others are just clothing rods (90cm in length). I will need you to level these to ensure they are straight and even - looking for someone who is a bit more experienced. I have purchased the shelf + clothing rods but will need you to provide the fixings (nails, level and tools) as I don’t have them
