30mm x 30mm defect on kitchen wall needing plastering and painting. I have the paint but not the plaster.

I have an original plaster cornice that is starting to come loose. the cornice is intact, however needs to be fixed back into place. I want to keep the cornice as its original and matching the rest of the house. House is in Surry Hills 2010, Im not sure what sort of trade I need to do this, maybe a plasterer? I removed a mirror that was stuck to the wall. I'd like the plasterboard fixed up so it can be painted. It's 1m wide x 1.8m. It's a small job so I'm happy to wait until you have a gap in your schedule.

Due to some works being completed in the apartment below me there are two cracks on my wall directly opposite each other - they extend from the floor to the ceiling.
