Remove 1 a/c box unit from weatherboard wall, replace plasterboard inside, replace exterior hole with weatherboard 3. Replaster / fix warped section of wall, and ensure no warping occurs in the future.

Remove 2 skylights in roof and replaster

Require 6 plaster holes to be repaired and painted

Hanging and stopping of plaster walls. Ground and first floor. Suspended ceiling.

Need holes patched and ready for paint by Friday 7am. Ideally completed over two visits (patch + return for sanding)

We need to fix the plaster so that it is flat again with the rest of the ceiling. In the past, there was a leak in the roof, and the leaking was fixed, but it still did not look good after the painter tried to patch and paint it.
