Must be done safely and to compliance standards (licensed electrician preferred or organise one as part of the job). Build New Wall Frame and insulate wall across opening. Line with GIB (plasterboard) both sides. Finish ready for paint (stopping and sanding included). Requirements: Must have experience in framing, insulation, and GIB installation. Provide own tools and materials (or quote for supply separately). Clean and safe workmanship. Removal and disposal of old structure preferred. I'm wanting to get studio painted. There is one spot in middle of studio that needs plaster repair. Also, where the floor meets the walls, we would also need this plastered to make lines disappear. Currently the epoxy finished is creating a raised level. Need to edge flat. The space is 6x6, the walls are 6m high. 2 coats. No cleaning walls before paint.
