Looking for someone to: - remove the gyprock partition and architrave as pictured (waste can be left on site) - patch the rear wall as required where the partition was, and sand ready for painting (do not need to paint) - patch the ceiling where the exhaust fan is and sand ready for painting (do not need to paint) - install new floor tiles where the partition was. Spare matching tiles supplied. This part of the room is not waterproofed. Waste can be left outside as a skip bin for other work will be ordered in a few weeks. Many thanks.

I’ve got a hole in the ceiling where a light fitting was removed and a couple of screws were removed. They need to be plastered over. It’s an old ceiling from the 1930s, if that makes a difference!

We need our backyard studio to be insulated, and to get plaster boarding, window and door architraves, skirting boards etc done. We would also like a floating floor to be installed. Please provide a quote for painting too. The electricals are going in today so please let us know how soon you can do the job. The unit is 2.2x3.6m. We had a ceiling fan installed, however, it was placed by the contractor in the wrong position so we have had the ceiling fan removed but now have a rough patch job on the ceiling that needs to be properly addressed per below: 1. Repair the damage caused. 2. Application of plaster, sanding, primer and paint to colour match. 3. Ensure that the entire floor and room are appropriately covered with drop sheets, and leave clean and tidy after the services.

Need someone to install gyprock on wall around a new installed door, approx 1.2 m2 all round, gaps on the sides is 100mm and 250mm at the top

We require someone to repair a water damaged patch of ceiling approx. 2m x 1m. The patch needs replacing/replastering (no painting required) (the leak has now been repaired). NB: Very high ceiling - probably 12 feet high.

Please see images for scope of work. Most of that will be behind a new built in wardrobe, so just need a simple patch up and removal of skirting boards.
