Small hole in wall that needs to be plastered

Need a qualified plasterer/painter to finish and paint two skylight light wells two bedrooms (one skylight each). The wells are already lined with plasterboard — they just need a proper set, sand, and paint finish. Scope of work (2 wells): • Plaster setting required: tape and set all joints and internal corners, set all screw heads, install corner bead/stop angle to the opening, skim as needed, sand to a paint-ready finish • Prime/seal with a mould-resistant primer/sealer • Paint the wells only (2 top coats, mould-resistant ceiling paint) • Light caulking/filling of small gaps if needed • Clean up / protect room surfaces Important notes: • Painting required: wells only (not repainting the entire ceiling). I understand there may be slight paint mismatch/“flashing” outside the wells — that’s fine. • Bedroom can be humid at times, so please use mould-resistant products. • Job may require 2 visits for drying between coats — that’s expected. My electrician has to move the rangehood to the front of the box. I need help with patching the hole it will leave.

My dining room ceiling is cracked. I estimate there are about 10 linear meters of cracks. Same as the image I have attached. I need someone who can repair and sand the cracks ready to be painted.

I need a gyprock wall repaired after a skylight leaked. No painting required. The damage is 90cm at its length and 59 cm at its width.

We have just removed some shelving from the living room wall measuring 6.5 x 2.5 m and need to have it repainted. There are some relatively small areas of plaster damage from the installed shelving that would need to be fixed up as well. It would need to be done Friday (preferably) or Saturday next week. - remove damaged/moulded gyprock from roof - source and install new gyprock - need to back block the patch to avoid packing - there is a shadow line on the outer edge that needs to stay - approx 1100 x 200mm of moulded gyprock - IF ABLE: paint gyprock to match rest of roof

Someone needs to close the gap between the exhaust system and the wall that we have with some drywall.

I somewhat stupidly decided that anchor plugs in gyprock would be strong enough for a mounted TV arm, forgetting about the power of leverage with the arm extended. As a result I need the damaged gyprock repaired / patched (dont worry about painting) Also I need the tv mount/arm reinstalled - there is a gap in the studs where it needs to be installed, might need a piece of wood screwed in to bridge the gap.

Plaster repair in two areas; patched in two, cracked in one area

Replace approx 600x1700mm section of plasterboard ceiling, cut around chimney. Supply and fit approx 4 linear metres cornice along wall around chimney and/ or replace cornice around entire if existing can't be matched.

We need the gyprock shaved back square at the front to fit 20mm stone on the carcus.

Build a wall, install a regular door, paint it to match the surrounding wall. The length of the wall will be around 13 ft. Supply and install framework,supply and install gyprock sheets,plaster joints,sand and paint wall colour of our choice and(optional) install standard power point for fridge. In the end supply and install standard door jam and door with arcitraves. - Due date: Before Friday, 1 March 2024
