Repair hole in plaster wall

We’ve got a hole in the plaster at an Airbnb. About the size of a hand. We’re able to sand and paint ourselves, just need you to patch it up for us.

So these can be used to plug the holes back up** Need to patch 6 holes left from downlights and a ceiling fan being removed and relocated, plus one light switch, and a hole by the blinds that previous tenant had done a bad patch job on. There are also 4 holes from anchor screws being removed, they have been filled in but may need another once over. And small holes from towel rails being removed. I had a ducted air conditioner installed in my ensuite roof and need the roof of ensuite redone. The ceiling fan needs to be installed into new roof. Also a few holes near the unit entrance filled and the wall painted. And the wall in bedroom repainted. The bathroom needs a new waterproof backsplash over bath and then regrouting around bath.

I recently removed a mirror and replaced with 2 x mirrors however the wall now needs some plaster repair week. There are no major holes, it’s really just where glue has come away and torn parts of the wall as seen in the photos. Just need a plasterer to infill the areas and smooth it all over so it’s primed and ready for painting.(To be clear, I will paint - you just need to plaster it all up nicely so it’s ready to go). Location is Fortitude valley, free on site parking available. Ideally done on the weekend (this coming Saturday or Sunday morning).

Sparky had to cut holes, I started fixing them but getting them to look good requires effort I realised I don't want to put in. 3 small holes about 60mm. 5 larger holes about 130mm. I already have matching paint.

Remove existing plaster board sheets & re-sheet existing wall. It also needs to be repainted black, however I can do this myself if cost too high. Could be sanded and scraped instead of replaced if easier?
