Have just had my aircon upgraded and require a couple of small patch repairs done to the gyprock where they boys needed to cut through. One is self explanatory… the other requires either a vent that can be removed or some other small access door/flap (250x250mm) as the aircon pump for that system sits behind it.

I need gyprock replaced and room painted 5m x 6m

I need someone to skim coat my bathroom walls to remove the old uneven orange peel finish. Walls are cement, some areas sanded. Currently no vanity and space to do the work easily. I can fill old drill holes and even out any large bumps prior to the work. Bath and white tiles recently resurfaced - so only the cement wall areas need to be coated. I will remove the few tiles around the wall base prior to the work. Total area less then 10sq meters. Must have experience and provide materials/equiptment. Flexible with date and time, but the sooner the better. Price negotiable if good reason provided to offer more.

Need gyprock installed on 3 walls ASAP

patching a good few holes in the wall putting corners in setting the all lot ( half the kitchen needs 1 coat no sanding, the other good finish for painting. 2 spots need to fix the cornice. need someone available this week

Need to remplace 10mm gyprock and fix the framing on the wall with the cut out. 18mm gyprock to be relaid on top of the pink existing plaster. Best to the entry door corner needs to be fixed. 2 coats of setting need to be done and 2 cornices need to be fixed

Apartment recently repainted. When rehanging television speaker got torn from wall and took the gyprock with it. Sturdy repair required so speaker can be hung again. Cut and patch gyprock wall, supply and install support and rehang speakers, paint wall (paint supplied), rehang speakers, tidy cabling. Open to superior methods provided 1st class finish / result Left over paint available.

Build a L-shaped carcus for a buit in robe to be insterted. - One wall mesuring H2550 x L100 x D80 - One panel (to hold sliding door rail) measuring H250 x L4800 x D80 (inside is hollow) The internal space will hold 4 sliding doors. Pictures attached for a rough indication and vision. Area will be cleared and carcus eady to build in a week and half.
