I had a water leak from the roof which has now been repaired. My ceiling is damaged and needs to be repaired/ repainted / replaced.

I need a skilled painter to paint over two freshly plastered areas above the air conditioner in my living room. The areas are located on the wall directly above the air conditioning unit (see attached photo for reference). The rest of the ceiling is already painted in a light neutral white color, so the new paint will need to match this shade. Own tools (brushes, rollers, etc.) are required.

Install drywall plasterboard on two internal walls and fit a new cornice. The area to be plastered is 21m2, and the two walls are 3m x 3m and 4m x 3m high. There is 13m of new cornice fitting required. The photo shows one wall; the other is to the right and includes the door, which can be seen in the picture.
