Require proper anchor or timber backing if needed, sanding and paint touch-up to match ceiling. I will supply the rail; please bring anchors/screws, filler, sandpaper, paint and tools. I need someone to patch / replaster (skim coat) and paint a spare room and bring it back to life for me like new. The walls are cement with plasta and paint over the top I guess. I can see where a previous own has just pained over old water damage without putting a layer of plasta (skip coat) and I don’t want this. This includes painting walls, ceiling, built in wardrobe (inside and out), doorframe and door. Over time the pain has started to crack and peel off in large sections, I don't know why (see photo) I can see some mould near the window (not sure if that is a separate pre task before painting or can be included) (see photo).
