The Tasker must provide: • Proven exterior painting and timber preparation experience. • Their own necessary tools (sanders, brushes, drop sheets, etc.). • High-quality workmanship for a professional finish. Scope of Work 1. Preparation & Cleaning: • Thoroughly clean the entire timber structure to remove dirt, mildew, and any loose coating. • Protect surrounding areas (patio, plants) with drop sheets and tape. 2. Sanding: • Lightly sand all timber surfaces to ensure excellent adhesion for the new paint. • Clean off all sanding dust. 3. Painting (Dulux Natural White): • Apply two coats of a suitable, high-quality, weather-resistant white exterior paint. • Allow adequate drying time between coats. 4. Clean Up: • Remove all debris and materials, leaving the work area spotless. Materials Please Note: I will supply the white exterior paint. The Tasker is expected to supply all prep materials (cleaners, sandpaper, tape) and tools. Please provide your total fixed price for the labour, and briefly outline your relevant experience.
