I recently added a pergola to the back of my barn. Unfortunately, the contractor did not do a good job, and I need some silicone added in parts to prevent water coming in. Also, the gutters slope the wrong way so need adjusting so they slope to the downpipes.

I’m reaching out to request an urgent inspection of the pergola. There are ongoing issues with the roof structure, including visible leaks and concerns about the quality of the installation. During strong winds, the structure appears unstable, it feels as though it could lift off, which raises serious safety concerns. I’d like someone to assess the framing and roofing sheets to determine whether they need to be corrected, reinforced, or fully replaced. Please let me know your earliest availability to inspect and provide a recommendation and quote for the necessary works.

Need old panels replaced on pergola have a few leaks Roughly 3× 6m

Touch up (only) painting over stubborn mould areas on timber structure framing and battens (pergola style with shade cloth). Timber is in good condition and has been prewashed.I have 2 litres of paint of right colour, but could get some more - need to discuss. A couple of other minor things to paint. I'm looking for someone - ideally a team of two people - to come and install my partner's Mum's new 5m W x 3m D Pergolux pergola at her home in central Woodend, VIC. This pergola comes in a boxes with self-assembly instructions, much like IKEA. Was just delivered yesterday and currently in storage in her garage. Attached pics show the pergola in question, along with a photo of the rear of her house, where the pergola will be situated (it will need to be bolted into the concrete paving and will be sitting up against the back wall of the house). I've also attached some images from the Pergolux website of what it will look like when assembled. Keen to hire someone ASAP to come and assemble this. If you can provide an idea of previous experience with similar jobs, total cost and availability when applying for this task, that would be much appreciated. Please no time wasters.

I need a pergola removed from my property asap. It is not affixed to the house or anything. I want the whole thing removed and disposed of. The pergola dimensions are 3.5m x 3.0 m x 2.1m (high). The height dimension does not include lightly sloped triangular peaked roof. Thanks, Andrew

Help dismantling a 18.0m x 2.8m pergola. You will need to be there the whole day and must be handy with power tools and be ok with climbing on top of the roof to remove colour bond roof.

I need a general contractor/ roof tiler to fix a leak in the pergola. It’s a very minor leak at the moment but I want to get it checked and fixed before it turns into something major. The leak is just above the barbecue in the photo.
