One bedroom unit (approx 50sqm floor space). Presently unoccupied and clear of furniture. 2 x coats of Dulux Antique White (0.50) on walls. 2 x coats of low-sheen white on ceilings and cornices. Preparation includes wall wash, minor repairs (cracks/holes), and taping. The walls are cement rendered and previously painted in Dulux Antique White.

Someone to assist me in sugar soaping (cleaning) the walls and ceiling of a 2 bed unit (see floor plan of unit) and then painting ceiling, walls and doors with two coats of water based paint. Would pay per hour for work. - Due date: Flexible
