The terrazzo is in generally good condition but does have one small hairline crack that will need to be filled or blended in as part of the job. My whole corridor has patches of black marks due to furniture moving. Probably need the whole wall of my whole corridor painted. I also have 2 chipped corners that need fixed. I do not have any paints.

Price negotiable. I have a small hole in my lounge room wall that needs filling with Spakfilla or similar. It was caused by someone sitting too far back in a lounge room chair and coming into contact with the wall. Needs to be filled and sanded. Please provide quote for a) filled & sanded and b) just filled. Painted as well would be great but if not doable, will consider a) fill & sand or b) fill only. I need it done by 11 am Wed 26/3.
