House is 3br, 1 bath 1990s style andrews farm house, 100sqm I have had someone do the gyprock prep so you need to wash and paint the walls and some of the ceiling. The house is occupied so there will be some messing about with moving furniture etc in conjunction with the tenant but they are very accommodating You will supply the paint and all the tools necessary You will do 2 coats on all walls 1 or 2 bedrooms are recently painted and need only touchup, possibly a single coat The task is to be done asap

I have a double brick home that has cracks that need filling before it is painted. I have some gap filler here but a couple of gaps are significant and require more than"gap" filler. Also one ceiling needs nailing and ceiling tape.
