End of lease coming up, there’s a couple of areas which require a bit of paint and some plastering. On a budget, and need done today.

Looking for a painter to paint 2 bedroom unit. Includes painting all walls, skirtings, architraves, window architraves & doors and patch up any holes in walls and holes in ceiling where lighting will be removed. This job will not be ready until Monday 30th November. I have a floor plan if helps with quoting. Also most walls are currently painted a darker grey colour. The unit has some walls that are exposed brick too. I do have pictures if needed.

Bedroom ceiling has flaked from a bad paint job done a few years ago. From our understanding no primer/undercoat was used when the house was built in the 70s.
