I have eaves and a roof truss that needs to be painted. The truss is high above the car port roof. The eaves are only about 20 metres, not the whole house. It was from an extension of the house, but the painting never got done Also remove the basketball goal while you are at it.

I have a couple of patches that I need covered up with new plaster and painted over. I will be supply the paint.

1 Door and frame (highlighted in yellow) are new, and need to be prepared before painting. Acrylic/ oil based enamel. We have the paint.

Task including two area in living room: @There was originally a box aircon on the living room wall, after i removed the box aircon and brick back / plaster back, the plaster patch still need to be sanded and repainted to match the wall. The patch size is approx. 800mm x 500mm (1st photo) @Also there is a water leak stain on the ceiling corner:cornice atea (2nd photo), approx. 150 mm diameter size. Leakage from flue above has been sealed/solved, But the stain there need to be painted back to be consistent with wall color as well.
