I’m looking for someone to sand and stain my decking

I have a couple of repairs I need doing before I exit my lease. A painting fell on the skirting board and one of my 3M strips pulled some paint / left behind residue.

Looking to Paint these kitchen cupboards and replace the handles. It's an old home and just want it a little more updated. Looking at this weekend to do it I will provide the paint. I genuinely don't know much it will cost so I'm listing it at any price and if you could quote that would be great. Just need the outside cupboards and those blue drawers painted.

Need a handyman/ painter to do a paint coat on walls to refreshen up a small apartment at Payneham. Can pay hourly. With or without materials. Also a small plumbing work to fix a leaking tap if possible.
