I have a couple of repairs I need doing before I exit my lease. A painting fell on the skirting board and one of my 3M strips pulled some paint / left behind residue.

Sand floors ready for whitewash or stain undecided yet. Quote required is for sanding only at this stage

Looking to Paint these kitchen cupboards and replace the handles. It's an old home and just want it a little more updated. Looking at this weekend to do it I will provide the paint. I genuinely don't know much it will cost so I'm listing it at any price and if you could quote that would be great. Just need the outside cupboards and those blue drawers painted.

Need to have mould removed from ceiling from 2 areas in bathroom and laundry prior to repainting. Want professional standard process as have tried usual home remedies with only partial success.
