Sand, clean prep timber features( Wooden fences, panels and bench, door) and apply two coats of long lasting protector oil

I purchased a wood table that I tried to varnish for protection. My painting skills with the brush are not the best when applying and the table now has varnish streaks throughout. I require an expert to remove the varnish and apply it new so that you cannot see it after applied. - Due date: Flexible

Brown Cabot’s decking stain had seeped behind tape on the surrounding brickwork that I was hoping would prevent from happening. We need the resulting deck stain marking the yellow brickwork removed. I imagine something like this would cost $200-$250. TIA - Due date: Flexible
