I need an experienced painter to fix a wall where a previous touch-up was done poorly. The wall now has visible patchiness, uneven texture, and sheen differences due to over-sanding and incorrect paint application. The finish needs proper blending. Work required: - Correct uneven / patchy paint areas - Proper blending and feathering (roller preferred, not brush) - Light, even sanding if needed (not spot sanding) - Touch-up or partial section repaint to achieve a uniform finish This is NOT a full repaint and NOT a handyman job. Looking for someone with experience fixing bad patch jobs and rental properties. Please only respond if you are confident with paint blending and matching finish. I used sticky tape to hold up christmas lights on the hallway ceiling. When pulling it off some paint came off. It is a rental and it needs to be done before i hand back the keys. I was going to use paint in the garage that the owners left assuming that one of them matches. There is ladder that you can use if you dont have one.
