We need -gyprock ceiling painted- undercoat and 2 top coats using brush and roller 7x8m -black metal ceiling bars touched up where paint is missing -wooden walls painted 3 coats, sanded on bottom panel if necessary -wood MUST be covered and protected while painting of ceiling occurs -white ceiling and paint supplied -clear oil coating on wooden walls. Supplied - Due date: Before Wednesday, 19 July 2023

Wall cracks filled in and sanded back

There are three walls where I need cracks filled. In two are very straight forward. Filler and sanding needed. The third site there is plaster falling away so that will need to be removed before the fillet put in. I suspected water damage but after an inspection it confirmed there is none, it's just the old plaster sagging and coming away. No painting needed. - Due date: Before Friday, 9 June 2023
Shahin communicated really well and wad always very punctual. He completed the work exactly in the time frame he indicated. Absolutely thrilled with the quality of work and would highly recommend shahin. 11/10!
