Hi, I'm looking for a professional painter/carpenter with excellent reviews to sand back one 'long' side of the Western Red cedar weathers on my house to a dressed, natural level. This would be so the weatherboards can be either be painted or left unpainted depending on what we decide in the longer term. The house is on a property located approx a 12 min drive from Huonville. Price inclusive of labour and sanding equipment: must have 99% dust extraction on sander. On the floorplan below, this is the top side of the plan (deck side), and the weatherboards down this side are covered by a verandah.

Hi, I'm looking for a professional painter with excellent reviews to paint the interior walls and ceilings of an existing smallish house (150sqm approx) on a property about 12min drive from Huonville. The previous owner has just recently put on a single coat of off-white paint to all the walls internally, so it would likely just need a single white coat added. The ceilings would need 2 x coats of white ceiling paint. Work would need to be organised around other trades in the house (kitchen/bathrooms mostly), but the bedrooms will be free to paint to begin with. All internal/external doors would need to be painted white, and all frames around doors and windows are being keep as is (natural timber). Care would need to be taken with the natural timber frames internally and on the new solid timber flooring and bedroom carpets with drop sheets etc. I can supply all paint if you can let me know how much to order (floorplan as below and 8ft ceilings). Sorry I won't get the keys to the property until the 8th Dec, so I can't put photos up publicly or do on-site visits just yet.

I need the front facing wall/windows of the exterior of my house, back wall and windows painted, the veranda deconstructed and removed, eaves painted and paint removed from front sandstone footings.
