The external timbers (facia boards and roof beams that extend and hold eaves) to the rear of my house need sanding back/paint removal, repairing in sections and repainting maybe 10m in length. As the home is mid century, the old paint may contain led. Is probably a full days work. I will add pictures later today. Can be done any time.
